“What a great company, I would recommend Dan Wood Plumbing to all my friends and family. My story...one morning after a few showers had been taken I went downstairs and water was pouring from the kitchen ceiling, I didn't have a clue what to do, and my husband was out of town. I knew enough to look for a shut-off but couldn't find one so I called Dan Wood Plumbing (found online). I explained my situation and a few minutes later, the dispatcher told me someone would be right out to help turn the water off. Then within one hour there was a plumber there ready to make the repair necessary to stop the leaking altogether. I was so relieved they were there to help because I was in a panic. "After a week or so of trying to identify and solve an odor issue with the floor drain in my laundry room (without much success) I decided to call in the professionals. A young man on your staff named Adam L. arrived at my home. I explained the issue and my attempts to fix it and the results I got. This very personable young man, listened intently and then began his troubleshooting process. He determined that the odor was caused by waste water collecting under the floor because the floor drain had separated from the waste piping and a clog in the waste line causing the water to backup. I would like to express my appreciation and thanks to Adam L. for the excellent service he provided. Adam's professionalism, diligence and caring made a bad situation tolerable.
